Reformer Pilates

REFORMER 1.0: Beginner friendly: The basics AND CLASSICAL MOVEMENT of reformer pilates. Get comfortable with the reformer and learn how to connect your breathing to your movement.

Reformer 1.5: Intermediate level: Add in more difficulty with adding weights and more props to class. Prior experience in 1.0 required.

Reformer 2.0: A CONTEMPORARY twist on traditional reformer exercises that may include light weights, jump box, etc. More advanced movements, prior experience in reformer 1.0 required.

Reformer + Strong

reformer exercises along with additional strength training with weights and heavier resistance.

Reformer HIIT & Core

45 minute class for a hiit workout that will use the reformer and accessories to elevate the heartrate, along with toning and stretching.

BOX

45 minute boxing session with a standing bag and gloves. Channel your inner badAss with this workout that will have you engaging in punches and kicks to elevate your heartrate. It may easily be your new favorite cardio workout.

Power

45 minute strength session. a variety of dumbell weights available, props like resistance bands and ankle weights may be used. Take it at your own pace- variety of circuits used. NO mat needed - tennis shoes recommended but not required.

Hot Power

45 minute strength session with the infrared heaters on. A variety of dumbbells will be available, may use resistance bands or ankle weights. Mat required (some available at studio). No shoes recommended - but you may wear them if you prefer!

Hot Sculpt

45 minute infrared heated session that incorporates traditional yoga movements but adds an elevated twist with a faster pace and weights. Props like ankle weights, resistance balls and bands may be used. Mat required (some available at studio) - no shoes recommended.

Hot Mat Pilates

45 minute infrared heated session that incorporates traditional pilates movements with a mat, resistance balls and bands, and light weights. A slower pace than our sculpt class but still will have you leave feeling toned and strengthened. Bring your own mat if able, no shoes needed.
